Begin your Relationship with God
At First Baptist Church, our primary concern is that you are connected to God. We want you to experience the saving power of Jesus and the abundant life that comes from having a relationship with Him. The first thing to consider is whether you know Him in a real and personal way. You see, all of us have failed God, because we are not perfect. As a result, we deserve eternal punishment. God sent Jesus to earth to take our punishment for us by dying on the cross. He rose on the third day and ascended to heaven to prepare a place for us to spend eternity with Him. We must give our hearts and lives to Jesus because He loves us and gave up His life to save us.
Worship with Other Believers
Once you have made a decision for Christ, the next step is to nurture your relationship with Him. Joining with other believers to praise, worship, and study God’s Word is an important part of a believer’s spiritual growth. At First Baptist, we offer numerous worship services to meet your schedule and worship style.

Mature in Your Faith
The final step in connecting to God is to seek after Him and grow in your faith and knowledge as a believer. Sunday School, Bible study classes, accountability groups, peer fellowships, mission trips, and prayer teams are just a few of the opportunities we offer to help you mature as a Christian. Our desire is for you to experience freedom through an exciting, abundant life in Christ.
Meet with a Pastor
Would it help you to sit down with one of the FBC pastors to ask questions or receive some spiritual direction? To have one of the pastors give you a call to make an appointment, simply fill out a “Connecting with God” card at the Connection Place kiosk in the Worship Center foyer. You can even specify the pastor with whom you desire to meet.
