5th Grade Year End Trip
On July 7th the Children’s Ministry will be taking the graduating 5th graders to Beech Bend Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky for a graduation celebration trip. The cost for each person attending will be $30 and will include the discounted amusement park and water park admission, t-shirt, pizza lunch and soft drinks, transportation, and a group photo.
The itinerary for the day will be:

Families who want to go are welcome but may have to drive themselves if the buses and vans are filled with 5th graders. All will receive the discounted rate, lunch, shirt, snack and photo.
A medical release form must be completed and notarized before your child can go on the trip. Click here for a printable medical release form (Adobe PDF file). Robbie Green or additional notaries are available during church business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
Children will need to bring a bag containing their swimsuit, sunscreen, and a beach towel. Girls MUST have a one piece swimsuit for the waterpark. Also, we recommend that the kids have $10 - $20 additional money for park snacks (ice cream, funnel cake, etc.), games, or souvenirs.
Tickets will be available at the 4th and 5th grade hall Welcome Center or in the church office. We have only a limited number of seats on the buses, so purchase your ticket early. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call Jenny at 447.1351 or Heather at 447.1350.
