To connect women to God through Bible study and prayer, women to the church with opportunities for service, and women to women by fostering a sense of belonging, encouraging, and purpose.

There are three primary areas of Women’s Connection, and this ministry is committed to promoting an atmosphere of cooperation and communication between:

Discipleship—knowing God through Bible study and prayer
Evangelism—sharing our faith
Missions—serving others

Spring Cleaning Outreach on May 15Spring Cleaning Outreach

Come join Women’s Ministry in our Spring Cleaning Outreach Project as we do a little cleaning in the homes of people in our community and in our church family who could use a helping hand. Sign up for one of the clean teams in Sunday school or at the promotions booth April 25 and May 2. Kick-Off Meeting will be on May 12 – 6 p.m. in the Hearthside Room. Prison Ministry

March 16, 2010 - WOW Transitional House - Be a part of this monthly outreach to the Women of Worth transitional house. Share in helping women transition from incarceration to independent Christian life style. For more information contact Janet Hutton at 824.4123.

April 1, 2010 – Sumner County Jail Ministry - If you are interested in being a part of a formal prison/jail ministry here at FBC, contact Bethany Crain at 405.4129 or bethanyjocrain@gmail.com to find out how you can plug in to this outreach effort to the inmates at the Gallatin jail.
