PARTICIPATION IN THE FMC

The First Baptist Church family welcomes any member of the community into the Family Ministry Center, regardless of church membership.

To become a participant of the facility, call 824.6184 or stop by the front desk of the FMC to schedule your orientation session. The purpose of the orientation session is to share our mission and our policies and procedures. During this time you will complete a registration form, have your photo taken for your security card and pay the participant fee. The yearly fee for participants 12 years and older is $50.00. Students age 12-17 will need a parent's signature on the registration form to complete the orientation session.

Children 11 and under are free, and MUST be accompanied by a guardian while in the Family Ministry Center.

Participants 12-15 years of age may be in the facility without a guardian except when Sumner County schools are closed. During those times, they may use the facility after 12:00 p.m. without their parent present.

Guest Policy

Guests are welcome to visit the FMC. If the guest is not accompanied by a FMC member, the guest will be given a tour of the facility prior to use. Guests must sign a waiver of liability and present a form of photo ID if they are 18 years of age or older. If the guest is under 18 a parent must sign the waiver. A guest who resides locally may visit the FMC once during the calendar year. An out of town guest may visit once and can purchase a 5 visit guest pass if they would like to use the facility during their stay in the area. This $10 guest pass will be issued to a individual 12 years old and up and expires 14 days from the date it was purchased.
